Hereby empower VCCI Intellectual Property Sole Member Company Limited (VCCI – IP CO., LTD.) located at 8th floor, VCCI Building, 9 Dao Duy Anh street, Phuong Mai precinct, Dong Da district, Hanoi, Vietnam, to proceed, on my (our) behalf, in Vietnam, with the application for the registration and protection of my (our) invention(s), utility solution(s), industrial design(s), trademark(s), geographical indication(s), copyright(s), plant variety(ies) and other intellectual property objects in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

Consequently, VCCI – IP CO., LTD. is authorized to establish necessary papers, sign documents, submit or withdraw any papers and documents, pay prescribed fees and expenses and, in board terms, perform whatever act required to apply for registration, to receive official notices and to make responses thereto; to file appeals, opposition, cancellation and invalidation; to apply for the recordal of renewal/annuity, amendment, assignment, license and to act all other works related to the establishment, practice and enforcement of the protected rights of the above-mentioned intellectual property objects in Vietnam.

I (We) hereby commit that this is executed by legally authorized signatory under our law and jurisdiction.

Bằng văn bản này ủy quyền cho Công ty TNHH một thành viên Sở hữu Trí tuệ VCCI (VCCI – IP CO., LTD.) có địa chỉ tại Tầng 8, Tòa nhà VCCI, số 9 Đào Duy Anh, phường Phương Mai, quận Đống Đa, Hà Nội, Việt Nam, được thay mặt tôi (chúng tôi) xin đăng ký và bảo hộ tại Việt Nam các sáng chế, giải pháp hữu ích, kiểu dáng công nghiệp, nhãn hiệu, chỉ dẫn địa lý, bản quyền tác giả, giống cây trồng và các đối tượng sở hữu trí tuệ khác theo đúng pháp luật hiện hành.

Bởi vậy, VCCI – IP CO., LTD. được phép lập các giấy tờ, ký tên vào các tài liệu, nộp hay thu lại các giấy tờ, tài liệu, nộp các khoản lệ phí và nói chung, làm tất cả những gì cần thiết cho việc nộp đơn xin đăng ký, nhận và trả lời các thông báo chính thức; nộp đơn khiếu nại, đơn phản đối, đơn hủy bỏ và yêu cầu chấm dứt hiệu lực; nộp đơn ghi nhận sửa đổi, gia hạn/duy trì hiệu lực, chuyển nhượng, cấp phép sử dụng và tất cả các công việc khác có liên quan để xác lập, thực hiện và thực thi việc bảo hộ pháp lý các đối tượng sở hữu trí tuệ nói trên tại Việt Nam. 

Tôi (Chúng tôi) cam đoan rằng giấy ủy quyền này được thực hiện bởi người có thẩm quyền hợp pháp theo pháp luật và quyền hạn của chúng tôi.
